Due to a shipper shipping my parcel prior to promised date and me leaving on vacations I had a problem. Went to pick up my parcel at 1100 Rue Parent, St Bruno-de-Mortarville, but it was back on the truck for a 2nd try to deliver. Was served by Steven Stathiakis who said he would fix my problem. He said he would try and contact the driver. If no he would deliver my parcel when he finished work because he noticed that he lived near me. I said I would go home incase the truck arrived (10 minute drive). To my suprise when I arrived the driver ( did not get his name) was waiting in my driveway for me. Thank you for the great service, and the way above customer service my these employees.
